White people invented racism? You need to check your history, racism has been around since we first evolved. Want a good example? The African, Homo Sapiens, obliterated the European Homo Neandethalus. Racism is even present in Chickens and other species, no one “invented” it, it is a product of nature, quit with trying to manufacture white guilt, and make your life better instead of complaining about it, no one is stopping you.

Check your history and did out how many African kingdoms and empires enslaved Europeans prior to the Roman Empire, research the differences between the northern and souther kingdoms of Egypt. OP - should have gone further and explained that this naturally occurring phenomenon should be actively fought, in every instance.
Most of everything below - very mature. Taking an example from another species and using it to mock the OP in an attempt to reduce the validity of his point - pricessless-ly stupid. Funny, but funny like a kid accidentally cursing. He didn’t say that PoC don’t experience the blunt of racism around the world today, merely that it was not a white OR human invention, merely an evolutionary trait derived from fierce competition between species and among groups of humans. He SHOULD have gone further (especially as a historian) and at least mentioned the current state of racism worldwide (and not added the comment about no impediments to improving your own lives), but that doesn’t discount the fact that he is correct about the sociobiological origin of racism. I’m sure someone will mock this, too; it’s never acceptable to point out immaturity or foolishness on tumblr, evidently.

The structure and system that is WHITENESS IS a white invention, it’s something that has worked to fuck over countless…COUNTLESS amounts of people. Fine, white folks didn’t invent racism, but you best believe they fucking god good as hell at dehumanizing and using the bodies of POCs to further their aims. What OP SOUNDS like their doing is using the example of chickens and other forms of racism to discount and shut down folks who may very well be complaining about the very REAL racism they deal with on a day to day basis at the hands of whiteness, that is why I do not give a shit about their argument.
And to say it’s an evolutionary trait sounds as if it’s shifting the blame from those who actively perpetuate it to something that can’t be helped, which puts a bad bad BAD taste in my mouth.
There’s other ways I could expound on this clusterfuck of bullshittery but I’m not exactly lucid right now and this shit just irks the hell out of me.

This person is trying to absolve themselves of the fact that they benefit from white privilege, a privilege granted to them via existing under a system of whiteness that is present across the world. Sure, it isn’t EVERYWHERE, but it HAS worked it’s way into very many nooks and crannies. We cannot ignore that fact, that is what colonialism and imperialism has granted us, a system where whiteness is seen as the end-all-be-all, as of right now, in this day and age, THAT is the type of racism we have to deal with, that was the type of racism refined and presented to us by whiteness, it’s just one of those things. And to take it one step further, race is a god damned social construct invented to fucking obliterate whoever wasn’t on the lucky end of the stick, using the term racism to describe what the chickens are doing and shit doesn’t even make sense when you think about it.
